No, we can come to your home or place of business if a remote session is not available.
Regrettably, we are unable to replace a damaged screen. Replacing the screen compromises the integrity of the phone as screens are becoming an integral part of the device. Owners are frequently unsatisfied with the results as a replacement screen can cause unpredictable issues with other components. We strongly suggest purchasing a new device and we will be happy to assist you with the data transfer and setting up the new device to your specifications.
